Choose your own exam timetable 

ACCA offers flexible study options so you can choose yourself whether you study full-time or part-time around work. You can choose to self-study or study with a tuition provider by distance learning or face-to-face. You can also change around your study options for each exam.

ACCA offers two exam sittings each year so you can progress at your own pace and start at the right level for you.

Gain awards along the way 

On the completion of each level of the ACCA exams students will be automatically awarded the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business and the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business together with the option to complete a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting Degree that is awarded in conjunction with Oxford Brookes University in the UK.

No timing out

If you fail an exam you cannot be timed out and can repeat the exam as many times as necessary. You have 10 years in total to complete the full ACCA qualification.

Get a globally respected qualification

Our qualifications are based on international accounting standards making them globally relevant. We offer local law and tax options making your qualification locally relevant too.

So, you can choose to study and / or work in over 170 countries around the world which is great news if you are thinking of embarking on a globe trotting career, working for a multinational or even emigrating in the next couple of years, you can start your studies in one country and finish them in another.

Open entry policy with exemptions available for holders of relevant qualifications

ACCA has an open entry policy. You can start studying as an ACCA accountancy student without any prior accountancy knowledge. You do not need to be working in an accounts-related role to start the ACCA qualification.

Relevant degree holders may be exempt from up to 9 of the 14 ACCA exams. Exemptions will be confirmed as part of the ACCA online application process.
