Unilever Graduate Programme

About Unilever

Unilever is one of the largest fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies in the world. It makes some of the world’s most loved brands: Dove, Axe, Lipton’s, Rexona, Magnum, Knorr and Hellmann’s, to name a few. Unilever takes care of the whole supply chain of its products, from development and sourcing right through to production, marketing and distribution. 174,000 people globally produce brands that are sold in 190 countries and used by two billion people daily.

Unilever believes that being ambitious in business goes hand in hand with being ambitious for humanity and the environment: it has a fundamental role to play in the future of the planet. Around the world, Unilever products help people look good, feel good and get more out of life – but responsibly and sustainably. Unilever wants graduates with the will to lead others in driving these brands forward in a way that changes things for the better. The Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) helps talent reach senior management - quickly.

Graduates can apply to one of the following areas - Supply Chain Management, Customer Management (Sales), HR Management, Marketing, Business & Technology Management, Research & Development, Research & Development Packaging and Financial Management. Whichever area they join, graduates will make a big business impact.

The three-year, world-class development programme is packed with variety and challenge, collaborating with both local and international teams. Graduates will have real responsibility from day one, with the opportunity of promotion to manager level after 2 years, and a support network to see them develop and attain their future professional goals. Unilever will support them in achieving Chartered status and qualifications such as CIMA, IMechE, IChemE, IEE, APICS, ICS, and CIPD.

Unilever has a clear purpose: to help build a bright future for our world. They want to double the size of their business, while reducing their environmental impact and increase their positive social impact. Behind that ambition and behind every brand are exciting challenges and opportunities to make a real difference to Unilever and the world around us!
