Training and Development

You don’t need retail experience to train as an Aldi Area Manager, but you’ll have graduated with a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline. The most important qualifications you need are ambition and passion.

Our 12 month intensive Graduate Area Manager Training Programme covers the complete spectrum of our business. We’ll take you through product knowledge, store operations, logistics, finance and property management.

Whilst the training programme is challenging, you’ll be given full support throughout (and not just during your training programme). The best thing about it all? This is just the start.
