ARYZTA is a global food business with a leadership position in speciality bakery.  Our food offering spans a wide range of baked sweet and savoury goods and includes: artisan breads, buns and rolls, muffins, frozen cookie dough, laminated dough, donuts, continental pastries and a variety of savoury pizzas and tarts. ARYZTA stands for uncompromising quality and authenticity, which is evident in our consistently exceptional breads and baked goods. We are dedicated to using the highest quality ingredients to provide an outstanding quality product for the consumer.

Popular consumer brands under the ARYZTA brand umbrella include Cuisine de France and Otis Spunkmeyer and we also supply the Foodservice and own brand retail products globally.

We offer our Graduates a real role with real responsibility from Day One. Graduates will have the opportunity to learn the ARYZTA business and our customers needs by working across our European operations in Ireland, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland or Poland. 

Graduates will gain invaluable experience on-the-job in building their functional skillset, leadership development is also supported through external management development modules. ARYZTA is a fast paced environment and so we are committed to supporting our graduates transition from full-time education to the full-time working environment.

As this is a European Graduate Programme, flexibility and mobility to work across any of our European operations is a key requirement.  Fluency in a second European language for example French, German or Polish may be a distinct advantage

Our Graduate Programme is an integral part of our growth strategy. Upon successful completion of our 18 month programme, a permanent role will be offered.
