The purpose of this workshop is to enable participants to identify suitable career paths and start work
on a Career Direction Plan that outlines their goals and the path they need to follow to successfully achieve them.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will:
Be enabled to make an informed and realistic career decision 

Have identified their training needs 

Have identified their personal and work related skills and have a clear understanding of their unique selling points.

Be ready to start writing an effective CV through an increase in self-belief and self-esteem
